You can't improve what you don't measure. That's why I'm launching the Park Audit Series — a systematic, on-the-ground documentation of conditions at parks across the Feather River Recreation and Park District.
What Each Audit Includes
Every park audit evaluates:
- Maintenance observations
- Accessibility and ADA compliance
- Safety conditions
- Sports facilities
- Playground conditions
- Restroom conditions
- Recommended improvements
Each audit includes a Quinn Audit Rating and a Community Pulse Rating so residents can see exactly where we stand.
Building Accountability
These audits aren't about criticism — they're about creating a transparent, public baseline. When improvements are made, we can measure progress. When problems persist, we can see exactly what needs attention.
